As your County Commissioner, I have stood strong against rising taxes - successfully passing a tax decrease or no tax increase in 16 of the last 17 years. I also implemented a program to saveCounty taxpayers hundreds of thousands of dollars by putting work release and minimum security prisoners to work on the roads in Tarrant County. I understand how important each and every dollar is to you and your family. That's why I will continue to fight for lower taxes and to protect senior citizen tax exemptions.
